Between 14:08 and 14:40 UTC, a subset of Slack-bound webhook deliveries queued behind a slow downstream. Backlog drained on its own; no events were dropped. Increased queue parallelism as a follow-up.
A rolling deploy briefly stalled token-refresh requests for users with active sessions. Auto-retried; no user action required. Rollout policy updated to drain workers before swap.
